Why no fixed pricing plans?+
Because farms aren't fixed. A 30-head smallhold and a 3,000-head commercial dairy don't need the same things — and shouldn't pay the same things. Templated plans always over-charge someone.
Is there a minimum contract?+
Monthly, no lock-in. If a season goes quiet, you can pause. We'd rather have you back next year than hold you now.
What's included in every package?+
Every core module — milk, health, breeding, feed, stock, accounts, reports. Unlimited staff. Priority WhatsApp support. A real onboarder, not a helpdesk bot.
Do you charge per animal?+
Sometimes yes, sometimes no — depends on your package. Large commercial farms usually prefer a flat monthly rate. Smaller farms often want per-animal. We fit what makes sense for you.
Is there a setup fee?+
Only if we're migrating extensive historical records (multiple years of spreadsheets, hand-ledgers, etc.). For most farms, onboarding is included in the monthly.
Can I change my package later?+
Yes. Farms grow, change, shrink. Call us whenever — we'll re-quote based on what you need next.
